Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information once your order ships.

We ship across the United States. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order total, weight, and delivery address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.  To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@RadiantGlow.us Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom glassware) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
