Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is created specifically for you based on your unique design choices, making it impossible for us to resell.
We encourage you to carefully review your design, including any text, images, or colors, before submitting your order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your design.
Exclusions
The only exception to this policy is if an error has been made on our part (e.g., the final product does not match the approved design, or there is a defect in the product). In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a store credit.
